Friday Packages JUST ADDED!

Due to unprecedented demand, a Friday Night Package of Broadway in Halifax has been added! Season Ticket Holders get first access to tickets for the Friday evening package and can exchange previously purchased season tickets into the new package before tickets are offered to the General Public on Friday, March 31!

How to Exchange Season Tickets

Season Ticket Holders will receive an email from the Ticket Atlantic Box Office containing an exchange request form to move their previously purchased seats into the Friday Package.

Step 1:

Complete the form and submit. For fastest fulfillment and best available seats, please fill in all information and complete online. For best results, complete on a desktop or laptop.

Step 2:

A Ticket Atlantic Box Office representative will review the submissions on a first come, first served basis. If you are exchanging to the same price level, you will be charged the exchange fee as seen on the submission form. If you wish to change price levels, a representative will call you to confirm the new exchange price before your card is charged.

Step 3:

Once your order has been exchanged, your card will be charged, and you will receive a confirmation email from the Ticket Atlantic Box Office.

Step 4:

Customer consents to pay difference in price at time of exchange. Same seats not guaranteed. Exchange requests are processed in the order they are received. Once your seat has been exchanged, your previous selection becomes available for public purchase.
